*Right after checkout you’ll get an email and/or text with your booking ID, operator name, meeting point, and what to bring. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam or contact us.
* Usually yes—many tours close their online bookings only 1 hour prior tour departure. If you are able to reserve your spot on our website, it means that seats are still available. we are connected directly to the vendors life booking system.
* All major cards. If you need to pay cash, ask and we’ll check whether that specific operator allows it at check-in.
*Policies vary by tour and operator. You’ll see the exact policy under tour details before you pay and on your receipt. Many activities require 24–48 hours’ notice; private charters and special events often require more. Same-day and no-show cancellations are typically non-refundable. (We’ll help reschedule when possible.)
*Safety comes first. Captains/crews make the final call day-of. If an operator cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions, you’ll be offered a free reschedule or a refund per that tour’s policy.
*Usually—subject to availability and the tour’s notice window. Use your confirmation to request a new time.
* Trip Protection is a small optional fee that gives you peace of mind. It lets you cancel or reschedule your tour—even last minute—without losing your full payment. Life happens: illness, flights get delayed, plans change, or the sun is not bright enough. With Trip Protection, you’re covered for your change of plans, not just operator cancellations. It’s the easiest way to keep your booking worry-free.
*Your confirmation lists the dock, marina, or storefront address and check-in time (often 30–45 minutes before departure for watersports). Please read your confirmation carefully as you might have a check-in form to complete. Please leave time for Old Town traffic and parking.
*Most marinas and downtown locations use paid lots or street parking. Arrive early; spaces can be limited on busy days.
*Wildlife can’t be guaranteed, but Key West is home to resident pods and sightings are frequent year-round. Many guests combine dolphin watching with snorkeling to maximize the day.
*Small-group and private charters commonly run with a maximum of 6 guests per boat under U.S. Coast Guard rules. Larger catamaran trips take more—check each listing for capacity.
*Photo ID, swimsuit, towel, sun protection (reef-friendly sunscreen), hat, and a waterproof phone case if you have one. Barefoot or boat shoes for charters; no spray tanning/oily lotions on cushions.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, drinks, or alcohol on board. We just ask that you use cans or plastic containers—no glass, please—for everyone’s safety. Most guests bring light bites and a few cold drinks to enjoy during the trip. Coolers with ice are typically provided on each tour.
Yes, but space is limited. Small soft bags are fine on all trips. On private charters, it’s no problem to keep your things safely. On larger group or party boats, storage isn’t secured, so please keep valuables to a minimum—it’s best to bring only what you’ll need during the tour.
We try to pick locations that tend to be calm, but if you’re susceptible to motion sickness, take pills or use bands ahead of your tour. Ginger candy works too.
Not at all for most. The crews provide safety instruction and ongoing support so that even first-timers are comfortable.
*Carts are street-legal on most island roads but not on U.S. 1. Follow local parking rules; meters and residential restrictions apply in Old Town.
*A refundable security hold may apply at check-in. Golf carts use very little fuel; about 5 gallons will easily last a 5-day rental. Expect to top it off before returning.
Both are great ways to explore Key West. Electric carts are quiet, smooth, and eco-friendly—perfect for cruising around town. All seats on electric carts face forward. Clearance is lower than in a gas one which makes it ideal for the reduced mobility people. Gas carts can run longer ( up to 5 days) between refuels and usually have two rear-facing seats in the back. Both types are street-legal on most island roads.
Yes, electric carts need to be charged daily. A full charge usually lasts around 40 miles, which easily covers a full day of exploring Key West. Before booking, make sure your hotel or guest house has a standard outlet available for overnight charging—no special equipment required. Just plug it in at the end of the day, and you’ll be ready to roll again in the morning.
If you can’t make it during business hours, no sweat. Park the vehicle in the Centrics Hotel parking lot and drop the keys in the after-hours key-drop box at the rental booth.
We are sorry but no — only the person who signs the rental agreement (and meets the age/license requirements) can drive. Under-18s can ride as passengers only.
Yes — helmets are provided, and state law says anyone age 16 or younger must wear one when riding.
*Check spam, then contact us (406)229-4444 with your name, email, and booking time. We’ll resend and verify your phone/email on file.
*Contact the operator number in your confirmation immediately. Boats and tours depart on time; late arrivals are typically treated as no-shows per policy.
*If you’re eligible under the tour’s policy (or the operator cancels for weather/ mechanical), refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Timelines vary by bank.
